Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

We do allow you to reschedule your rental, without penalty, in the event that the weather isn’t favorable. If you do decide to proceed with your party, once the unit is set up, it must be paid in full and there will be no refunds or reschedules. We do reserve the right to cancel an any event if we find the weather to be too dangerous for you, your guests, and the unit itself.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Unfortunately, no. It is not safe nor are we equipped to set up a unit on sand.

Unfortunately, no. Our insurance does not allow for renter pickups. We will be responsible for the delivery, set up, tear down, and pick up of all inflatable units.

No. If you need the unit moved from the original position, you will need to call our company. We will be sure to get approval of the placement before we leave. Once the placement is approved, the unit is staked down, and the staff has left, there will be a repositioning fee of $75 as well as an additional travel fee equal to the travel fee charged for the rental for us to come back to reposition it.

No. Please do not adhere anything to the unit. It can cause damage to the unit and interfere with the safety features of the unit.
